Schedule: Day and Night Shift availability; 4:1 patient ratio; 12-bed Emergency Department

• 12-bed ED with experienced team of 6-8 staff members per shift
• Advanced procedures including STEMI, Stroke/TPA administration, and RSI

• Day shift includes RN team, ER Tech, and Unit Secretary support; Night shift provides consistent staffing levels
• Collaborative team environment with tenured, experienced emergency nursing professionals

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas or multi-state compact license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, CPI, and TNCC certifications required
• Strong assessment skills in Neuro and Cardiac emergencies preferred
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced clinical environment
