Appliance EMT is looking for a motivated and driven Maintenance Protection Plan Sales Representative to join our team full time.

 

This position pays $10 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses. While the hourly rate is modest, top performers have the opportunity to earn up to $130,000 per year.

In this role, you will be calling previous Appliance EMT customers and offering our appliance maintenance and protection plans. This is not cold calling. You will be speaking with customers who already know and trust our company.

 

This position is not for everyone. You must be comfortable spending most of your day on the phone and hearing "no" without becoming discouraged. We are looking for resilient sales professionals who understand that persistence and consistency lead to success.

Previous experience in insurance sales, automotive sales, warranty sales, or any commission based sales environment is strongly preferred.

 

You should expect to make approximately 35 to 50 calls per day while maintaining a positive attitude and professional customer experience.

This is not a remote or hybrid position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our office each workday.
