Bilingual Family Treatment & Case Planner

Forestdale, Inc. is seeking a Family Treatment and Rehabilitation Case Planner to assist families who are experiencing challenges affecting their children's well-being. The role involves visiting families to provide support and counseling, advocate for necessary services, and maintain documentation of all case activities. Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field and possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in case management or counseling. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work flexibly are also required.
