Senior Accountant
Jobtailor
Senior Accountant Responsibilities Lead core accounting functions. Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. Support monthly and year‑end close processes. Own key areas of the general ledger. Perform advanced accounting analysis and review/approve staff work. Combine general ledger responsibility, cost accounting exposure, and operational accounting oversight. Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies, drive process improvements, and support management reporting. Requirements Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting. Advanced Excel skills. ERP system experience (Microsoft D365 preferred). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reconciliation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 5–7+ years of accounting experience. CPA or CPA‑track a plus. Manufacturing or cost accounting experience preferred. Experience supervising or reviewing staff work preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
