Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Office support team, supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Brookshire, TX 77423

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 6am to 2pm and 10:30am to 7pm. One day off during the week. Candidate must have availability for both shifts.

What's the Job?

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure excellent service delivery
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and services
Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely completion
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders and verify documentation

What's Needed?

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
Solid multitasking and organizational skills to thrive under pressure
