Specialist - Production Control

Job Overview Job Title: Specialist – Production Control Company: AISIN World Corp. of America Department: Operations, Production Control Location: Laredo, TX Region This position will support North American production control and supply chain operations, with a preference for candidates based in Laredo, TX for periodic visits to nearby logistics warehouses. The role manages order and inventory processes, supports production planning, and drives standardization across plants. The role requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with strong production control experience and the ability to collaborate across U.S. and Mexico teams. Occasional travel to Mexico is required. Responsibilities Understand Customer Requirements Perform Order and Inventory management operations Coordinate, lead, and evaluate North American Production Control standardization activities Create training documents and train local North American Plants (NAPs) Develop and issue summary reports/schedules for activities performed Duties will require interaction with Customers, AISIN Facilities, and Suppliers Required Skills and Abilities Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with business‑level communication in writing, reading, and speaking. Production Control background in: Program Launch and ECI Management; Master Data Management; Sales, Production, and Component Planning; Inventory Management; Logistics and Material Handling Operations. Beneficial Skills and Experience Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) Oracle FUTURE3 / POWER8 Education, Training, and Certifications Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
