Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Executive Chef to lead the kitchen at our new state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and lunchroom, delivering fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals daily. Responsibilities Plan menus and prepare a variety of meals, including healthy entrees, salads, and grab-and-go options Ensure food is prepared on time and meets all health and safety standards Maintain inventory and order supplies Retains temperature logs Follow all state and local food and safety regulations Ability to maintain, clean and sanitize your workstation Monitor food costs Prepare catering for special events and/or provide supervision to outside caterers during events Supervise and train kitchen staff Requirements Culinary degree or relevant hospitality/food preparation experience preferred Experienced Dietitian a plus Knowledge of healthy, nutritious cuisines Excellent time management and organizational skills Must be a U.S. Person Company Profile And Benefits Patriot Machine, Inc. is a technologically advanced aerospace manufacturer headquartered in St. Charles, Missouri.
