Sous Chef - Fairwinds River’s Edge Location: Saint Charles, MO 63303 Hourly: $25.00 – $27.00 / hour – full time Job Description Assist the Chef with kitchen operations, training and leading staff to provide consistent high‑quality dining experiences for residents. Responsibilities Organize high volumes of work while maintaining a quality product. Purchasing and inventory duties. Comply with all state and local operating regulations. Apply all required cooking techniques based on standard menus. Plan for special events and holiday functions. Qualifications A complete understanding of all basic food preparation skill sets and the ability to perform these tasks error‑free. Experience with hiring/training employees is a plus. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred. Experience working with a POS system is a plus.
