Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans that consider individual circumstances and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective counseling services, catering to individuals, families, and groups dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach and maintaining clear communication regarding client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress by employing therapeutic crisis management strategies with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications\n
