Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote the company's workforce and staffing solutions. Identify client business needs and recommend appropriate services to support their staffing and workforce objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and ongoing business engagement. Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to facilitate the delivery of qualified candidates and workforce solutions. Conduct business development activities to generate new client opportunities, prepare service proposals, negotiate contracts, and support account growth. Monitor account performance, address client concerns, maintain records of client interactions and service activities, and prepare reports regarding account status, revenue opportunities, and business development efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and achievement of client and company objectives.
