Omnichannel Customer Development Director

Hill's Pet Nutrition in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Director of Customer Development for PetSmart to lead strategic partnerships and drive Joint Value Creation with one of our key omni‑channel retailers. The role reports to the SVP of Hill’s US CDO and commands high‑level and hands‑on leadership across the customer team. You will build and mentor a mid‑sized Customer Development group, negotiate complex business plans, and steer data‑driven growth across brick‑and‑mortar, digital commerce, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Hill's Pet Nutrition
