Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, enabling the development of tailor-made treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relational issues, and substance use challenges.

• Lead group therapy sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities that strengthen peer support and collective learning among individuals dealing with similar experiences.

• Provide immediate support in crisis situations, helping clients with urgent needs and establishing safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring accurate records of client progress, session details, and communications with other healthcare providers or insurance representatives.

• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to professional guidelines to provide a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
