Client Relations & Project Manager (Part-Time) Brooks Atwood Design | Hot Springs, Arkansas— hybrid/local preferred | ~5–15 hrs/week, flexible About Us Brooks Atwood Design is a boutique architecture and design studio led by Brooks Atwood, architect and designer, and Gianna Wurzl, focused on vision, business development, and revenue management. We're looking for someone to take ownership of client relationships and project coordination — a role that's essential to how we operate but has outgrown what our founders can manage alongside their own work. The Role We need a steady, organized point of contact who keeps clients informed, projects on schedule, and the internal team aligned — freeing up our principals to focus on design and growth. This is a part-time role to start (a few hours a week), with real potential to grow into a bigger role as the studio grows. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout active projects — answering questions, managing expectations, and keeping communication warm and proactive Track project timelines and milestones across multiple active jobs; flag delays or bottlenecks before they become problems Coordinate between the design team, contractors, and clients to keep everyone on the same page Prepare and send project updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups Help manage project schedules, deliverables, and simple budget/scope tracking Support onboarding of new clients — kickoff calls, contracts, initial timelines Bring structure and light process improvements to how we manage client relationships as we grow What We're Looking For Experience in project management, client services, or account management — architecture, design, construction, or professional services background a plus, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable being the calm, clear voice clients trust Highly organized and self-directed — you don't need someone checking in on you to stay on top of things Comfortable with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) or willing to learn ours Based in or near Arkansas or nearby Texas, with availability for occasional in-person meetings or site visits Looking for a part-time role now, with interest in growing hours/responsibility as the business scales Why This Role Flexible hours that can fit around other work or commitments Direct visibility into how a design studio runs — client relationships, project delivery, and business operations A genuine path to more hours and more ownership as we grow, for the right person Work directly with the founders, not buried in a large org chart Brooks Atwood Design is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
