Position Overview:

\n

You will handle sophisticated medical malpractice defense matters in a collaborative, well-supported environment. Attorneys are given real responsibility early, backed by strong mentorship, partners, and dedicated paralegal/law clerk support. You’ll manage cases through all stages of litigation with exposure to strategy, depositions, and trial work.

Qualifications:

\n

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

\n

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.

\n

Junior: 1–4 years of litigation experience (insurance defense preferred; workers’ comp considered).

\n

Lateral: 4+ years of California medical malpractice defense experience.

\n

Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

\n

Ability to manage cases independently while working in a team-driven environment.

\n

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
