About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead its commercial organization with a focus on delivering revenue growth, and commercial performance, and protecting margin quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing sales plans, driving growth through new customer acquisition, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed annual bookings and revenue commitments. This role requires a leader who can balance top-line growth with margin quality, customer experience, and long-term enterprise value. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with growing strategic accounts, expanding wallet share, and ensuring the sales organization is aligned with the company's guiding principles of safety, integrity, customer focus, and championing change. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience, with a proven track record in B2B environments. The role demands a leader with strong executive presence, the ability to lead enterprise customer relationships, and experience in power and electrical infrastructure or adjacent markets. The ideal candidate will have a background in scaling commercial organizations, be fluent in Salesforce and commercial analytics, and have a deep understanding of engineered-to-order offerings, channel and representative models, strategic accounts, pricing governance, and contract-based selling. The VP of Sales will be expected to operate within the company's commercial operating system, maintain disciplined routines, and drive cross-functional and enterprise alignment.
