Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, enabling you to perform your duties from home while remaining an integral part of our Detox Center's dynamic team. Standard work hours are flexible and typically fall between Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. You will leverage digital tools for therapy sessions and maintain collaboration with a supportive network of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy, counseling, and case management services through individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring interventions to fit client-specific needs.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans by conducting thorough assessments and measuring progress, ensuring clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by connecting them with essential community resources, including financial aid and housing assistance, to enhance their overall care.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health crises, including suicidal ideation or severe trauma, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives that focus on mental health education and destigmatization to empower individuals to seek help.

• Maintain meticulous and compliant case documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, aligned with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele comprised of individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of psychological issues. The client population may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an appropriate Tennessee LCSW license, enabling independent practice.
