Every team member plays an important role in achieving this goal.ResponsibilitiesWelcome patients in a friendly, professional, and courteous mannerProvide excellent customer service throughout each patient interactionManage incoming calls using a multi-line telephone systemCoordinate and schedule patient appointmentsAssist patients and direct them to the appropriate staff membersPrepare patient cover sheets and related documentation for office visitsCollect patient copayments and other applicable paymentsMaintain and assist with medical recordsQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional and polished appearanceExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work productively and manage responsibilities efficientlyDependable with consistent attendancePrevious EMR experience is preferred but not requiredBenefitsPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidaysHealth insuranceDental insuranceAflac401(k) retirement plan
