Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for potential tenants while upholding our Core Values. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update vacancy lists for all available residential properties. Manage marketing platforms to promote properties effectively. Respond to online inquiries and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Conduct property showings for prospective tenants. Ensure all application information is complete and accurate. Receive, delegate, and track maintenance requests and activities. Provide excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction. Conduct move in and move out inspections. Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor consistent with skills and responsibilities. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficient in using marketing platforms and property management software. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Must be able to obtain the Residential Leasing License within 120 days of hire. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
