We are a growing Southern California foundation repair, seismic retrofit, and drainage company hiring a Business Development Representative to build and grow our network of referral partners. You will develop relationships with home inspection companies, real estate professionals, restoration companies, and other partners who generate long-term referral business.

Compensation: $25/hour base plus uncapped commission on closed business, a $1,500/month marketing and networking budget, and a $2,000/month guaranteed minimum for your first 90 days while you build your book. On-target earnings of $100,000 to $110,000 or more.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with home inspection companies and referral partners across Southern California
• Schedule and run in-person meetings and presentations with prospective partners
• Follow up with existing affiliates to keep the referral pipeline active
• Represent the company at networking events and industry functions
• Track activity and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce)
• Grow the affiliate network into a steady flow of qualified leads

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven relationship-building or B2B business development experience, ideally in home services, real estate, restoration, or construction
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and professional
• Comfortable with in-person networking and travel across Southern California
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
