Marketing & Business Development Manager, Autonomous Driving IDrive Autonomy | Full-time About IDrive Autonomy IDrive Autonomy is building a low-cost, camera-based, end-to-end L2+ driver assistance system—adaptive cruise control, lane change assist, lane departure warning, and stop-and-go that installs behind the rearview mirror on any vehicle with no modifications required. Unlike systems that ship frozen at production, our foundation-model architecture keeps improving with every mile logged. We're already validating on public roads, including the US-101 corridor and Southern California arterials, and we're bringing this technology to market through licensing partnerships with automotive manufacturers rather than as a hardware sale. The Role We're looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead outreach, relationship-building, and deal execution with automotive manufacturers evaluating IDrive Autonomy as a licensable ADAS/AV software stack. This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role — you'll be the primary point of contact guiding prospects from first conversation through technical evaluation, pilot programs, and signed licensing agreements, while also shaping how we market the platform to the industry. Responsibilities Lead business development and licensing sales for IDrive Autonomy across automotive OEMs, particularly lean/budget vehicle manufacturers and legacy automakers without in-house AV software teams. Build credible relationships from engineering leads through C-level decision-makers, accelerating the path from initial technical evaluation to pilot deployment to signed licensing agreement Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct outreach, industry events, and inbound interest generated by marketing campaigns Own marketing positioning and collateral for IDrive Autonomy — pitch materials, technical one-pagers, and messaging that differentiates our end-to-end, continuously-improving foundation-model approach from static, rule-based competitors Represent IDrive Autonomy at industry trade shows and conferences, engaging targeted prospects and strengthening relationships with existing partners Maintain rigorous CRM discipline — tracking contacts, deal stages, and forecasted licensing revenue across all active conversations Work cross-functionally with engineering to translate technical validation data (engaged miles, safety performance, road coverage) into compelling proof points for prospective licensees Identify and preempt technical, commercial, and organizational barriers that could slow a deal, and proactively bring solutions to the table What We're Looking For Track record of exceeding sales or business development targets, ideally in automotive technology, ADAS/AV, or a related deep-tech B2B licensing environment Comfortable navigating long, technical, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typical of automotive supplier relationships Strong communicator who can speak credibly to both engineers evaluating the technology and executives evaluating the business case Self-directed and organized, with the discipline to keep multiple concurrent OEM conversations moving without dropping details Curious and analytical — genuinely interested in understanding a prospect's technical and business constraints rather than running a generic pitch Marketing instincts: able to translate technical differentiation into clear, credible external messaging Willingness to travel for industry events and in-person OEM meetings Full Time Salary based on experience and education - $130000- $150000 Base salary plus performance-based commission/incentive compensation tied to measurable revenue and business growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr IDrive Inc.
