24/7 Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist

CPS Energy in San Antonio, TX is looking for a Desktop & Mobile Support Specialist 2 to provide tier 2 and tier 3 maintenance and 24/7 support for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and excellent customer service skills to assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with preference for an Associate's degree or higher. Responsibilities include installing and configuring software as well as responding to on-site and remote support requests.
