About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Execution Consultant to support complex, high-impact initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will drive strategic planning, business process execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions and achieve business objectives. You will partner with stakeholders to evaluate challenges, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support complex business initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Analyze multifaceted business challenges and develop strategic recommendations based on data, risk assessment, and business needs.
• Drive execution of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to define priorities, resolve issues, and deliver results.
• Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and scalability.
• Influence decision-making through insights, strategic consultation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Manage multiple priorities and contribute to the successful delivery of long-term business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in business execution, business operations, program implementation, strategic planning, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex business programs.
• Experience analyzing business problems and developing actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex situations.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of business operations, governance, risk, compliance, and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contingent/contract position based in Denver, Colorado.
