Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic activities with couples, families, and individuals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions, both individual and group, to address relational and emotional issues.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans that cater to both individual and familial circumstances.
\n
• Addressing concerns such as alcohol and substance abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family dynamics, communication issues, and navigating separation or divorce.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with conflicts, and individuals facing various psychological issues. This may involve addressing complex situations such as blended family dynamics, adjustment to separation/divorce, job-related stress, and mother-daughter conflicts. You will play a pivotal role in empowering your clients to overcome their challenges and achieve emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
