Production Associate I 1st Shift(Onsite)

Location & Schedule Location: Fairfield, CA. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business‑need basis. What You Will Do Set up and assemble parts. Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools. Read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions accurately. Maintain quality product standards with no defects. Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and expectations. Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems. Participate in cost‑reduction plans and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Participate in audits. Acquire applicable skills, knowledge, and certifications as required. Maintain materials, equipment, and the work area clean and orderly. Examine methods and results for conformance to standards and provide reinstruction as needed. Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates, including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline. Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) qualifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
