Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porterwith experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Monmouth Beach, NJ location. Schedule : Monday & Friday (11am-7pm) -Tuesday-Wednesday & Saturday 8am-4pm Pay: $16.50 Responsibilities :- Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
- Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building.
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies
- Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
