As a Security Officer Full Time in South Milwaukee, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Allied Universal Security Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. This unarmed role offers the chance to work with a team that is agile, reliable, and innovative, while putting people first and acting with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance, access, and operational issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in accordance with site policies.
• Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and reporting hazards, equipment issues, and/or policy concerns through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
