Account Executive – Verantwortung Als Account Executive bei Wholix übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Wachstum unseres Unternehmens. Du bist nicht nur für den Abschluss von Deals verantwortlich, sondern baust aktiv deine eigene Sales-Pipeline auf – von der Identifikation relevanter Zielkunden bis hin zur Qualifizierung und Conversion. Wir erwarten ein hohes Maß an Ownership: Du verlässt dich nicht ausschließlich auf Inbound-Leads oder Marketingkampagnen, sondern entwickelst proaktiv neue Opportunities über Outbound-Aktivitäten, Networking und kreative Ansätze. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du eng mit Marketing zusammen, um Kampagnen, Ads und Lead-Flows optimal zu nutzen und weiterzuentwickeln. Dein Erfolg wird daran gemessen, wie effektiv du Pipeline generierst, Deals vorantreibst und nachhaltig Umsatz aufbaust. Dafür kombinierst du strukturiertes Arbeiten mit unternehmerischem Denken und einem klaren Fokus auf Ergebnisse. Aufgaben Aufbau und eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung deiner Sales-Pipeline (Outbound + Inbound) Identifikation, Ansprache und Qualifizierung von Zielkunden Durchführung von Discovery Calls, Produkt-Demos und Verhandlungen bis zum Abschluss Proaktive Generierung neuer Opportunities durch Outbound, Networking und kreative Ansätze Konsequentes Follow-up und strukturiertes Pipeline-Management im CRM Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing zur Optimierung von Kampagnen, Ads und Lead-Flows Verwendung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Inbound-Leads aus Marketingaktivitäten Verantwortung für Forecasting, Reporting und Zielerreichung Kontinuierliche Optimierung des eigenen Sales-Prozesses und der Conversion Rates Aufbau von langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und Identifikation von Upsell-/Cross-Sell-Potenzialen Aktive Mitgestaltung von Sales-Skripten, Playbooks und Best Practices Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Chancen Qualifikation 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im SaaS-Vertrieb oder vergleichbaren B2B-Softwarelösungen. Erfolge im Closing von Neukunden im Mittelstands- oder Enterprise-Umfeld. Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte einfach und kundenorientiert darzustellen. Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation. Lust, in einem internationalen Startup-Umfeld mitzuwachsen.
