Job Description About Us Tape Providers is a growing manufacturer and distributor of pressure‑sensitive adhesive tapes, warehouse supplies, and packaging materials. We are looking for a detail‑oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team and support our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate has experience working in a product-based business, understands inventory accounting, and is comfortable using NetSuite as part of their daily workflow. Responsibilities Accounting & Finance Manage daily accounting activities within NetSuite Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate inventory and cost accounting records Review inventory adjustments and costing transactions Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules Support CPA and external accountants during tax preparation Monitor financial data accuracy and maintain organized records Assist with budgeting and inventory planning activities Administrative Support Assist with employee onboarding paperwork Support document management and company recordkeeping Coordinate with vendors regarding billing and account inquiries Provide general administrative support to management as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience working with NetSuite in a professional environment Experience with inventory accounting and product‑based businesses Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel Highly organized and detail‑oriented Strong communication skills English required; Spanish preferred Preferred Experience Manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory‑based industries Month‑end close participation Inventory costing and adjustments Financial reporting Compensation & Benefits Salary: $62,000 - $78,000 based on experience Annual performance bonus Health insurance contribution Paid time off and paid holidays NetSuite training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Tape Providers
