$81K-87K Position Human Resources Manager Summary Our client, a growing multi-entertainment company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead core HR functions with a strong focus on compliance, multi-state payroll, benefits, and employee relations. This role will also oversee and mentor the HR team while driving HR strategies aligned with business growth. Essential Duties Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, CFRA, wage & hour, etc.) Oversee multi-state payroll and tax compliance Manage employee benefits & 401(k) administration Lead employee relations cases and workplace investigations Oversee leave of absence programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.) Maintain HRIS systems and analyze HR metrics Partner with leadership on HR strategy and workforce planning Lead and develop HR team members Working Hours, Working style 9:00~18:00 Woking Location Cerritos, CA On-Site Salary/Benefit $81K-87K (Exempt) Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision 401K PTO Holidays Saturdays, Sundays and Major U.S. Holidays Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred 4+ years of HR experience, including management experience Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, and benefits Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support department tasks Experience handling employee relations and investigations Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Bilingual skills (English + Spanish or Japanese) are a big plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
