Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM until the end of production

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy production team in Poughkeepsie, NY. This is a hands-on manufacturing role responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient production output in a fast-paced environment.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior machine operation experience who are looking for a long-term position with growth potential.

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machine performance and maintain consistent production output
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Perform machine adjustments and assist with basic troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and follow operating procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety and quality guidelines
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous machine operation experience is required
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude preferred
• Reliable work ethic and strong attendance record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
