Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Employee Benefits - Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and wage increases - Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits - Receive comprehensive ABA training to ensure readiness from day one - Paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification training Job Duties - Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community. - Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. - Assist in addressing challenging behaviors. - Collect, organize, and summarize behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals. - Maintain a 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication.
