Learn more about us at .Key Responsibilities:What You'll DoPresent finance, warranty, and protection products both remotely (phone/video) and in-personRun virtual and on-site F&I consultations with customers nationwideStructure and close financing deals through digital and in-store workflowsLeverage a broad lender network to secure competitive approvals while managing lender relationships and end-to-end fundingDeliver a high-trust, consultative buying experience — never high pressureEnsure strict compliance with all federal and state regulationsPrepare, review, and finalize all digital and physical finance documentsEducate customers on EV incentives and ownership economicsPartner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Title teams to ensure smooth handoffsMaintain strong CSI and NPS scoresTrack penetration rates, gross profit, and close ratios across remote and in-store dealsQualifications & Fit3–7+ years of automotive F&I experienceProven success closing deals both remotely and in a showroom environmentStrong backend product performance historyCustomer-first mindset with a consultative approach, emphasizing transparency and sustainable customer outcomesHighly organized with strong compliance disciplineComfortable in high-volume, fast-moving environmentsPassion for EVs and digital retailThrives in a team-player environment where success is measured by how we win together, not just individual resultsTechnical SkillsExperience with DMS platforms (Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack, etc.)RouteOne, CUDL, lender portalsDigital contracting & e-signature platformsStrong knowledge of DMV, titling, and compliance workflowsComfortable using CRM toolsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $110,000-$180,000 (base + commission)Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k); PTO and sick time.LocationSan Diego, CA — On-Site Required.
