Senior Sales Enablement Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing enablement function, the full-time Senior GTM Enablement Manager will partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic programs that drive adoption and measurable impact on GTM KPIs in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead GTM enablement for key strategic programs, establishing clear KPIs and change management plans to ensure sustainable adoption Incorporate enablement programs into the onboarding process to accelerate new hire productivity Drive a sustained coaching motion to enhance reps' ability to articulate value to customers, supporting a manager-led coaching program Required qualifications 3+ years developing learning programs for sales or revenue teams or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience working in a SaaS organization Experience leveraging AI in coaching, content delivery, and program measurement Prior experience with LMS & CMS platforms Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs tied to enablement programs Virtual Vocations Inc
