Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client meetings to evaluate mental health status and identify clients' specific needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, regularly updating them based on client progress.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive techniques to foster inclusivity and relevance in treatment.

• Provide ongoing support and tools to clients, including coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, when necessary, to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate documentation, tracking client progress and treatment outcomes within our EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing an array of mental health challenges. From individuals battling substance dependence to those coping with anxiety and depression, your expertise will guide clients toward recovery and self-discovery. A deep understanding of cultural competence is essential, as you will assist clients from various backgrounds, ensuring all feel understood and respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a broad range of mental health disorders.

• Strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic modalities, evidence-based practices, and mental health legislation.

• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating rapport with clients, and teams across varied cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
