Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, establishing clear therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to client's needs.

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients as required.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, focusing on enhancing the therapeutic experience and fostering community among clients.

• Ensure timely and precise documentation in adherence to ethical practices and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as necessary.
