Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough clinical consultations to clinical staff pertaining to complex mental health issues across various patient demographics, such as older adults and individuals grappling with substance use challenges.

• Effectively interpret and relay critical patient and family information, including social history, to ensure holistic treatment planning.

• Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive planning sessions involving multi-disciplinary teams to develop personalized patient care plans, emphasizing the social and home environments.

• Conduct treatment planning and progress evaluations, closely reviewing individual cases and making informed recommendations.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation of progress notes and treatment updates following each client session, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department's operational needs and enhance service delivery to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary populations you will serve include adults from diverse backgrounds managing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of independent licenses is essential: LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).

• Proven ability to efficiently document client progress notes after sessions, ensuring clarity and adherence to legal requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
