Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

Plyco is based in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin and is seeking a positive and professional Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Provide customer service through phone, email, and faxed orders. Input orders and quotes into the system and manage customer inquiries for various products offered. Communicate with outside sales to satisfy customer order needs and concerns in a timely manner. Keep up to date with product offerings and product changes. Member of a multi‑person call center answering sales calls and customer inquiries. On‑site in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Qualifications Minimum of two years' experience in inside sales taking customer orders is preferred. Attention to detail in performance of duties as required. Excellent verbal and written communication. Work professionally with customers and fellow company employees. Building material supply experience is preferred; however, training will be provided.
