Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy (or ability to obtain)
• Experience as a school-based PT or working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to students, supporting their educational goals
• Assess and evaluate students’ motor skills and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Serve as a resource for school staff and participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
• Educate staff and families on mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment recommendations
