Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid, current PT license for Indiana
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based PT services to students as outlined in their educational plans
- Assess students’ physical function and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs
- Consult and collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Serve as a resource to staff and families, promoting understanding of each student’s physical therapy needs
