Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
• Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting student development within an educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ physical therapy needs in collaboration with educational teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Deliver direct therapy services to a focused group of 11 students
• Regularly monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as necessary
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to facilitate student participation in school activities
• Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation
• Stay current on best practices in school-based physical therapy
