Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions tailored to support student mobility and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic student support
• Document treatment, progress, and compliance with district and regulatory standards
• Offer recommendations for equipment, classroom modifications, and strategies to enhance student access and success
