Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2 Job Summary:
Looking for a skilled individual to join their team, focusing primarily on candidate generation for technical roles. This position requires a strong ability to identify, attract, and qualify top talent while conducting market research and ensuring operational excellence in the recruitment process. The role involves working closely with various teams, building trust with stakeholders, and effectively positioning Adobe as a leading employer in the competitive market. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Identification & Qualification (80%):
- Identify, prospect, and present a curated list of exceptional candidates to Talent Partners.
- Concurrently manage and scout 10 or more critical searches at different stages of the recruiting cycle.
- Market and advertise critical roles across external sites, blogs, user groups, and social networks.
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of talent through proactive, "all-the-time" recruiting efforts.
- Clearly and confidently present opportunities to passive candidates, articulating Adobe’s market position.
- Business Acumen & Market Research (10%):
- Work cross-functionally to develop a deep understanding of the business.
- Network with industry experts to gather insights.
- Provide recommendations to Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers regarding the competitive landscape, backed by research and market data.
- Operational Excellence (10%):
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting. Full-cycle experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidate Management: Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations.
- Resilience & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle rejection well, overcome objections, and determine the best course of action.
- Collaboration & Trust: Ability to build trust by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences, and treating others with respect.
- Workload Management: Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Attitude: Flexible and positive attitude; calm under pressure.
- Curiosity: Inquisitive and intellectually curious; keen on finding accurate information and asking pertinent questions.
- Market Awareness: Strong business acumen and up-to-date on market trends.
- Sourcing Techniques: Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and Acrobat.
