Kwon Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Front Office Coordinator to join our pediatric dental team. This role is perfect for a patient-focused professional who enjoys working with families and children in a fast-paced office environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Verify insurance and collect payments.
- Answer phones and handle front office communications.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Previous dental front office experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with scheduling and basic insurance processes.
