Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Mindful Recovery, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Providing therapeutic services to couples, families, and individuals, including holding sessions with family units as well as individual clients to address specific issues.
\n
• Specializing in a wide array of areas including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating communication improvement strategies among family members to enhance relational dynamics.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools to promote healing and transformation.
\n
• Monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves engaging with a diverse clientele, including adults as well as children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns within family systems. Your expertise in dealing with complex family dynamics, such as blended families, sibling conflicts, and medical issues, will be crucial in providing holistic care that supports the emotional and psychological well-being of the entire family unit.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.

• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
