As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be out in the field connecting with homeowners, performing inspections, and navigating them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team behind you.We offer $600 four weeks for Training Pay and weekly pay-plus uncapped commissions!Roofing Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activityConduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damageEducate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim processPrepare and present estimates and proposalsClose sales and maintain strong customer relationshipsPartner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completionFollow up to ensure customer satisfactionRoofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsConfidence in public speaking and presentationsProven track record in sales (preferred)Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirementSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive driveComfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspectionsValid driver's license and reliable transportationWe offer $600 four weeks of Training Pay and weekly pay-plus uncapped commissions!Paid training and ongoing mentorshipOpportunities for professional growth and developmentJoin a world class organization with career growthTop performers can earn $100,000–$250,000+ annuallyWe reward hard work and create clear paths for growth.
