NORCAL Ambulance is seeking a results-driven Recruiting Specialist to manage the full cycle recruitment process at our Livermore location. You will source, engage, interview, qualify, and close candidates while partnering with hiring managers to create compelling job profiles and ensure timely hiring. Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and preparing offers.
