Help Desk Technician

Virtual Vocations Inc

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Tier 1 Help Desk Technician will assist clients with technical issues via phone, email, and chat while working remotely during Pacific Standard Time hours. Key responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service through remote technical support and troubleshooting Guide clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve technical errors Manage service requests and communicate with vendors to update and resolve open tickets Required qualifications 1-2 years of tech support experience is preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred Proven reliability and ability to work independently Experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and peripheral equipment troubleshooting
