IT Help Desk Technician

Amatriot Group, LLC

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Technician I to support CDC staff with 24/7 IT assistance. This remote role focuses on enterprise IT operations and service desk collaboration.

You'll handle Windows 11 support, O365 applications, VPN issues, and weekend coverage, contributing to policy-driven IT support processes with a customer-centric approach. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience.
