Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations specifically tailored to orthopedic conditions, assessing each patient's unique physical status and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline intervention strategies and rehabilitation goals while considering the patient's long-term wellbeing.
• Regularly reassess clinical signs and treatment effectiveness, adjusting therapy regimens as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and progress thoroughly using the clinic's electronic medical record system, including SOAP notes and care plans, in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, addressing any concerns about rehabilitation challenges.
• Meet established productivity and utilization goals while maintaining high standards for quality of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care, particularly for clients who require multiple therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.
• Willingness and ability to conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth, when clinically appropriate.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
