What You'll Do
- Connect with customers by phone, email, text, and live chat
- Schedule sales appointments and create a great first impression
- Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
- Help customers find the right department and resources
- Follow up with potential buyers and keep conversations going
- Work closely with our sales and management teams
- Use our CRM system daily to track customer interactions
- Bring energy, positivity, and professionalism to every customer experience
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience preferred Automotive knowledge is a plus (but we'll train the right person!) Strong communication and computer skills Team player mentality with a positive attitude Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow Professional and friendly personality Valid driver's license required
